Project to preserve Vietnam's underwater heritage

A project in Vietnam is looking to explore and preserve the underwater heritage of the country, from shipwrecks to submerged cities.

The Bach Dang Battlefield Research Group - in collaboration with the Institute of Archaeology in Vietnam, the Nautical Archaeology Society, Monash University and the Asia Research Centre at Murdoch University - will train students, officials and others to help increase awareness about Vietnam's underwater and maritime cultural heritage.
