New Zealand's government has unveiled the blueprint for the reconstruction of earthquake devastated Christchurch.

185 people were killed when the quake destroyed large sections of the central business district and suburbs, almost a year and a half ago.

New Zealand's Reconstruction Minister and Christchurch local, Gerry Brownlee explained the plan to Fran Kelly.
