Apia's new black beach attracts criticism not tourists

In Samoa, an artificial black sand beach has been developed on the Apia waterfront in an effort to try to boost dwindling tourist numbers.

Environmentalists have called for the end of construction, deeming it unsafe and environmentally unsustainable.
