Australia building a detention centre on PNG's Manus Island

The people of Manus Island in Papua New Guinea, are preparing a 100 million dollar wishlist for the Australian government in return for hosting an asylum seeker processing centre.

Four C-130 planes have left Australia for Manus to start building the detention centre to house the asylum seekers.

But as Canberra Correspondent Stephanie March reports, Manus locals are still demanding they will benefit from the Australian Government's return to offshore processing.
