Australia says defence force paying the price of Indonesian incursions

Updated 20 February 2014, 18:06 AEDT

General David Hurley says cooperation with Indonesia is now on what he calls a "go slow". The government released parts of the report into the six incursions yesterday. The Defence Minister, David Johnston, is refusing to say if any of those involved will face disciplinary action.
