Australian anti whaling case continues in The Hague

Australian anti whaling case continues in The Hague

Earlier this week the International Court of Justice in The Hague began hearing Australia's case against Japan's whaling program.

The legal action was launched in 2010, and over the next three weeks both sides will make their submissions, and this week Australia's legal team has been making its arguments and submissions.
