Australian scientists to study testosterone for diabetes prevention

A world-first trial is getting underway in Australia to discover if the male sex hormone testosterone can prevent Type-2 diabetes in men.

The national trial will involve 1,500 male volunteers, who'll be injected with the hormone to test if it can prevent the chronic disease.
