Awareness leads to more Pacific human rights cases

The latest edition of the Pacific Human Rights Law Digest has included a special section on climate change for the first time.

The Digest produced by the Secretariat of the Pacific Community Regional Rights Resource Team also reflects an increases in the number of Rights cases considered by the courts across the Pacific.

The orginal Digest contained 44 cases over 30 years. The current edition, the fourth has 41 cases from the last three years.
