'Basic services only' at Vanuatu hospital

Doctors and nursers at Vila Central Hospital in Vanautu are only able to offer basic services because of a funding shortfall.

Currently there are three nurses for every 31 patients. The hospital needs another 10 doctors, and there aren't enough hospital beds to go round.
