A group of Cook Islands' leading rugby sevens players are spending the week at the Australian Institute of Sport, as they continue their build-up to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in July.

Tim Gavel has been speaking to James Iopu, who also plays XV's, and featured in Cook Islands' win over PNG in the Oceania Cup Final last year.
