Dual citizenship changes welcomed by Ni Vanuatu

The Vanuatu parliament has amended the country's constitution with changes to allow for dual citizenship and to protect traditional land ownership.

The news has been welcomed by Ni Vanuatu living in Australia who will be able to apply for dual citizenship for themselves and their families.
