Law enforcement agencies are investigating claims that the designer drug methamphetamine or ice is being produced in Papua New GuineaA police report suggests the factory in Port Moresby is run by Asians with assistance from PNG nationals.

Former PNG Defence Force Commander General, Jerry Singarok, says the development is disturbing but not surprising.
