Extreme weather the new normal - Ban Ki-moon

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has warned that climate change poses a challenge to the existence of the entire human race.

In a speech to the annual UN climate talks in Doha, he said extreme weather had become the new normal - and he urged governments to act quickly as time was running out.
