Fiji military chief welcomes the end of sanctions

The head of the Fiji military, Brigadier General Mosese Tikoitoga has welcomed the lifting of the sanctions.

But in an interview with Radio Tarana in New Zealand claim the sanctions had very little effect on the actions of the military government.
