Fiji police suspended over death in custody

Four police officers have been suspended over the death in custody of a robbery suspect in Fiji.

Vilikesa Soko died in hospital last week after being arrested in connection with the robbery a foreign exchange store in Nadi.

Fiji's Police Commissioner Ben Groenwald says he has decided to suspend the four officers on the basis of a preliminary report into the incident.
