Fiji selector told coach has final say on Sevens team

The Fiji Rugby Union has stepped into a growing controversy ruling that the coach of the Rugby Sevens will have the final say on the make up of the team for the World Cup in Moscow.

At the same time, the high cost of taking part in international competitions has come to the fore with the Fiji Sport Commission they've put aside more than a quarter of a million dollars to ensure that proper assistance is provided to the Sevens team.
