Fiji's UPP says no way it can get 5,000 members

Fiji's United People's Party says there's no way it could hope to reach the minimum number of members to be officially registered as decreed by the country's coup installed military government.

The leader of the UPP, which is one of the smaller parties, Mick Beddoes, says such a figure is so large that his party has no chance of reaching it.
