Fiji's farmers are benefitting from the flow of international tourists to the islands by meeting the demand for high quality vegetables at resorts and hotels.

They're supplying tomatoes, eggplant and cabbages, items that would normally be imported.

The project is co-ordinated by the University of the Sunshine Coast in Australia.
