Flood relief effort continues in PNG Western Province

Earlier this month Papua New Guinea's caretaker Prime Minister Peter O'Neill announced the government will release 16 million Kina to help provide relief for the flood ravaged South, Middle and North Fly River areas of the country's Western Province.

But the provincial government says it's been blocked from accessing the money, which they say is vital to help those affected by the floods.
