Food security conference underway in Canberra

The Crawford Fund's annual conference on food security has opened in the Australian capital Canberra, and with the world's population rising towards the nine billion mark, delegates will be focussed on how to feed that many people and feed them well.

Among the keynote speakers at the conference is the Director of the UN Population Fund's Pacific Office, Dr Laurent Zessler whose focus will be on food security and population growth.
