Former Fiji military advisor unsure Bainimarama has full support

A former advisor to Fiji's military leader says he's waiting to see if Commodore Frank Bainimarama keeps his promise to resign his military commission at the start of March.

Lt Colonel Jone Baledrokadroka says the Commodore has broken a number of promises since the 2006 coup, such as dumping the Yash Ghai constitution and replacing it with his own, and he doubts if the interim Prime Minister has the numbers to form a party and win government in September.
