Concussion in sport is a hot topic at the moment, and one that featured high on the agenda at the International Rugby Board's medical conference in Ireland.

The IRB is seeking guidance on best practice from specialists in the field, including Dr Robert Cantu, professor of neurology and neurosurgery and co-director of Boston University's Center for the Study of Traumatic Encephalopathy.
