Immediate start needed to fix PNG election woes

Transparency International PNG says failures in Papua New Guinea's elections last year can be fixed, but the process has to start now.

The group has identified a range of issues, including problems with the electoral roll which led to hundreds being turned away from polling booths, administrative support, corrupt practices and reliance on Australia.
