The contents of crucial parts of the controversial PACER Plus trade agreement between Australia, New Zealand and Pacific island nations have been have been revealled with the leaking of the full draft text of the chapter on 'trade in services'.

The text, as agreed at the 6th inter-sessional negotiations last year, has been posted on the Pacific Islands News Association website.

The next round of negotiations on PACER Plus will take place in Port Vila in the first week of May.

The Pacific Network on Globalisation has been following the trade talks closely.

PANG campaigner Adam Wolfenden says the leak shows the Pacific is being asked to give up a lot in return for signing the agreement.
