Our regular contributor Giff Johnson outlines concerns in the Marshall Islands over proposed changes to US scholarship funding, which could affect grants that currently support almost every student enrolled at the College of the Marshall Islands.

Also, we hear calls to the fishing industry from the Parties to the Nauru Agreement officials to do more to deliver sustainably caught tuna, and take a look at immigration from the Federated States of Micronesia to the United States mainland.
