More aid concerns on the eve of Australian budget

More aid concerns on the eve of Australian budget

Concern is growing among international aid agencies at the prospect of Australia's foreign aid being cut substantially in the national budget tomorrow.

At the moment, Australia spends zero-point-five percent of Gross National Income on foreign aid, that's around five billion dollars.

Speaking to Alison Caldwell, the chief executive of World Vision Australia Tim Costello says it would be an outrage if Australia was to spend any less in future.
