More bad news for Pacific reefs

More bad news for Pacific reefs

An international team of scientists says the chance to save the world's coral reefs is small and is rapidly getting smaller.

Marine Scientist Professor Ove Hoegh-Guldberg is one of the authors of a report on the survival of coral reefs published in the journal Nature Climate Change.

He's told Simon Lauder that he expects 70 percent of the world's corals to suffer long-term degradation over the next 20 years..
