More thought needed on regional integration says World Bank

More thought and more money needs to go into region integration in the Pacific, according to the World Bank's outgoing Pacific Island Countries Director.

It is a topic that has been at the top of the Pacific Leaders agenda since they first endorsed the Pacific Plan back in 2005.

In a speech to the Pacific Investment Summit, in Sydney, the World Bank's, Ferid Belhaj, said there are more gains to be had from regional integration.
