"Name and Shame" punishment for Marshall's electricity thieves

The power utility in Marshall Islands is to name and shame people it catches stealing electricity.

The company has established an inspection team as part of a crackdown on people who tamper with meters.

Those caught out will face a hefty fine, a stiff reconnection fee and have their names published in a newspaper.
