National Geographic to auction iconic PNG photo

The National Geographic Society is auctioning off some of its iconic photos for the first time.

A total of 240 pieces from the late 1800s to the present day will be put up for sale at Christie's in December, and they're expected to sell for around $US3 million. Among the items being sold is a photograph of a Huli tribesman, taken by Jodi Cobb in PNG in 1998.
