Nauru's Foreign Minister says he's not happy with the asylum seeker detention facilities on the island, but he says local problems are to blame for delays.

An inspection team from Amnesty International is on Nauru continuing its investigations, and concerns have been voiced about the condition of two hunger strikers who are in hospital.

The ABC's Jeff Waters is on Nauru, where he says there are reports of another suicide attempt in the detention camp.
