New South Wales firefighters working to control blazes

Australia's most heavily populated state New South Wales has spent the pas two days battling bushfires.

The Rural Fire Service says there are 100 fires burning across the state, with 34 of them out of control. Many of those affecting suburbs and areas around the state capital Sydney.
