Nine cyclones predicted for the Pacific this season

Early predictions are for an average cyclone season in the South Pacific with the possibility of nine cyclones.

The Coral Sea is expected to generate several cyclone that could affect Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Australia.

Vanuatu, Fiji, New Caledonia and Tonga could also be threatened by cyclones.
