The world's smallest and rarest dolphin is facing extinction if more isn't done to protect it.

There are only 55 adult Maui's Dolphin remaining in New Zealand waters.

The University of Otago's Zoology Associate Professor Liz Slooten tells Claire Campbell net fishing is affecting the dolphin's survival.
