A freelance journalist, Jo Chandler reported one of the murkier stories to come out of Papua New Guinea recently.

It was the story of a woman given the name of Angela who was strung up and burned in the Highlands because people believed she was a witch.

It's rekindled debate about sorcery and witchcraft in PNG and has politicians and academics searching for answers.
