Reggae band "Herbs" inducted into NZ Music Hall of Fame

Pioneering reggae band Herbs is to be inducted into the New Zealand Music Hall of Fame on Thursday.

Formed in 1979, the multicultural group pioneered what's now known as Pacific reggae.

Their best known song is "French Letter", which protests French nuclear testing in the Pacific.
