Rugby in Samoa aiming for school age players

It seem strange that in a country like Samoa renowned for its rugby prowess there is no school boy competition.

That may be about to change with the help of an Australian aid project.

The Pacific in Union program is starting a regular Saturday rugby competition in Samoa to develop rugby skills at grassroots level across the country.
