Should never have been built says inquiry of death-trap CTV building

When the six storey Canterbury Tevevision building in Christchurch collapsed last year it killed 115 people.

Now New Zealand Earthquake Royal Commission has found that a building permit for the building should never have been granted.

Prime Minister, John Key says the final report of the Commission has been released to give the families of the dead access to the information as soon as possible.
