In soccer, Australia has beaten South Korea two goals to one in their international 'friendly' match.

South Korea scored the opening goal in the 12th minute before the Socceroos' Tommy Oar set up the equaliser just before half time.

The game was locked at one-all until Socceroos' Robert Cornthwaite scored the winning goal in the final few minutes.
