Solomon Islands could soon become a by-word for high quality, single origin, organic chocolate.

At least that is the ambition of Glenn Yeatman the General Manager of New Zealand firm C-Corp.

As the manager of three of C-Corp's cocoa plantations in the Solomons he saw the opportunity to add value to the beans and create a whole new product - a process that started in his kitchen in Honiara.
