Tracing the link between trade and health in the Pacific

Nine Pacific countries will take part in a workshop looking at the link between health and trade in Sydney next week.

It's the first workshop addressing the issue and emphasising the link between aspects of trade and non-communicable diseases.

It's co-organised by UNDP, the centre for non-communical diseases, and the World Health Organisation.

Ahmed Moustafa is the UNDP Pacific Centre's advisor on Pacific Regional Macro Economic and Poverty Reduction. .
