Papua New Guinea's high population growth will eventually come down as education levels increase.

That's according to Dr. Babatunde Osotimehin, Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund, who has been in the country recently.

He's now in Australia to promote the country's new commitment to the UNFPA, which has risen to 70 million dollars over four years.

Bruce Hill asked Dr Osotimehin how countries such as PNG can deal with their population challenges.
