Urwin award winner hopes to benefit whole of Tuvalu

Kilifi O'Brien says he hopes Greg Urwin Award victory will benefit all the people of Tuvalu.

Mr O'Brien is the deputy secretary of the Tuvalu Ministry of Home Affairs Deputy Secretary and has specialised in the environment and climate related issues.

As part of his leadership award he'll spend six months in Fiji and New Caledonia learning to be a better advocate for action on climate change.
