Vanuatu make early running in EAP Twenty20 tournament

After a series of warm up matches, the action has begun in earnest at the East Asia Pacific Twenty20 cricket championship in New Zealand.

Seven nations are taking part, five from the Pacific and two from Asia.

The defending champions Papua New Guinea line up against Fiji, Cook Islands, Samoa, Vanuatu, Indonesia and Japan.

Watching the action for Pacific Beat at Waikaraka Park in Auckland is Adam Cassidy.
