Vanuatu teachers opposed to Fijian imports

The Vanuatu Teachers Union says it remains opposed to a plan to allowed retired Fijians teachers to teach in Vanuatu.

Union's president, Wilfred Leo says the signing og a MOU between the two countries is a 'slap in the face' for the retired teachers in Vanuatu who could benefit from the program.

Mr Leo tells Hilaire Bule that while posts have been secured for the Fijians already more than 50 over 50 new graduates Ni-Vanuatu trained teachers have not yet secured their posting.
