'We can't adapt' FSM tells Doha climate change talks

There is a deadlock over the issue climate change compensation at the United Nations' climate change conference currently taking place in Doha.

One of the major sticking points is the failure to extend the Kyoto protocol, which was the last international agreement to combat climate change.

And, there are also issues with agreeing on legisalation for environmental migrants.

Simpson Abraham, the National Coordinator of the Pacific Adaptation to Climate Change Project in the Federated States of Micronesia, presented a 'Loss and Damage' side event at the talks.
