The Rugby Sevens World Cup which begins in Moscow in two weeks is not just for the men.

The Women's Sevens World Cup takes place simultaneously and is just as fiercely fought.

Australia is the defending title holder and they've named a 17 year old high school student in the team to defend the title.

Pacific Beat's Sevens specialist, Nick Jordan says the addition of two young members, one of which played in this year's Australian Youth Olympic festival, will provide a good mix of youth and experience to the Australian team who he predicts will make the top four.

Presenter: Geraldine Coutts
