CNMI to recieve $US15m stimilus package

The Commonwealth of Northern Marianas is expected to receive a $US15 million stimulus package next month.
The finance secretary, Eloy S. Inos, has told a legislative committee that the local government has reached an agreement with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to the release of the funds.
The Saipan Tribune reports CNMI taxpayers would collectively receive about $15 million in tax rebates.
It's reported tax rebates of $600 per individual, $1,200 per couple, and $300 per child, are to be provided to taxpayers.
