Fiji's ousted prime minister, Laisenia Qarase, has been questioned by the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption over the use of funds in the Fijian Affairs Ministry.
Mr Qarase was taken to the commission's office and later released.
The interview is part of the commission's ongoing investigation of allegations of corruption against Mr Qarase and his administration.
Mr Qarase spoke to Radio Australia's Pacific Beat program after the meeting, saying he was disappointed but not concerned.
"Well I'm not worried because I didnt think I did anything wrong," he said.
"Whatever the outcome, it doesn't worry me because the truth always prevails."
