NZ golfer wins PNG Open

New Zealand golfer Joshua Carmichael has given his professional career a boost by winning the PNG open.
The 26-year-old has welcomed the winners cheque of $US14,000.
This year his travels took in the PNG open where he won in a play-off against Australian Chris Taylor.
The pair finished three under the card, before Carmichael won with a par at the first play-off hole.
